Winnie Tree Properties is a family run business, with a knowledge spanning over 30 years in the property industry.

 

Winnie Tree Properties have well established themselves in the Lettings market in Blackpool. Owned and operated by a Blackpool raised two brother team, Reece, and Richard Campbell – their experience in the industry comes from owning their own extensive portfolio as well as renovations and developments across the Fylde Coast.

A new way of renting without the hassle of a deposit. Pay a small fee, instead of a tenancy deposit.

STEP 1

You find your dream rental property

STEP 2

We refer you to Reposit for approval

STEP 3

You pay one week's rent as a fee to Reposit

STEP 4

If there are any damages you pay for them at the end of the tenancy

I've noticed a few properties with no 'Price Unit' next to the rent price (eg: Monthly/ Weekly)
Therefore listings simply display the rent price with no month/ week text next to it (eg: £195 | instead of £195 /pw)

Please make sure you confirm the price unit is selected (either monthly/ weekly) when changing the property status from Coming Soon > To Rent > Let Agreed, as this affects search results
