We take a detailed written, photographic and video inventory of your property (high res photos) to make sure we have an accurate record of the contents and condition of the property at move in.

From our strict upfront tenant screening through to our prompt and effective chasing of tenants, we make sure that any arrears are dealt with quickly so that our arrears list does not grow.

NO WAITING

We understand the importance of getting back to our customers quickly so we stick to strict response limits for all landlords and tenant’s enquiries of maximum one working day.
