Garage/ Unit Application
By submitting the application form below you agree for us to use the information provided to carry out the relevant checks in-order to consider your application. In addition an application fee will be payable (not payable during online application). All information regarding fees, credit, reference & background checks can be found on our Tenants page. Before you start, here's what we'll need
Although we have tried to make our online application as fast a process as possible please allow at least 30 minutes to complete your application. Your account, employment/ benefit, current property & personal details will be required to complete this application.
ATTENDED A VIEWING
You must have attended a personal viewing of the property you are applying for in order to submit an application. This will be verified.
PROOF OF INCOME
We will require you to upload proof of your income (eg payslip) Including any benefits you are in receipt of along with 3-months worth of bank statements
PHOTO ID
You will be required to upload Identification for verification. This can be a Driving Licence, Passport or Birth Certificate.
ADDRESS HISTORY
We require 3 years address history. This includes your current and past landlord details which we require for referencing checks.
