We’ve had a busy few months…
Winnie Tree Properties has seen a huge increase in customer numbers over the last 3-months, we have moved-in over 60 tenants and continue to face daily challenges to ensure we are adjusting our business to ensure we meet COVID regulations within our daily operation.
Luckily we’ve had some fantastic weather lately accompanied with the lifting of lock-down rules and the Eat Out to Help Out offer – Blackpool does seem to be getting back to normality however we all must continue to follow the governments advice where possible.
We hope you have noticed we are running all services as we were Pre-COVID and we are catching up with all maintenance queries that have been submitted over the course of the last few months. For those who still wish to postpone maintenance, please contact the office.
Property Condition Reports…
Property Condition Reports are now well underway, your Property Managers will be arrange appointments with you to complete your inspection reports, please note our staff will be wearing full PPE while completing these appointments, all we ask from you is to keep a 2 Meter distance while we are in your home.

Customer Service is always at the heart of Winnie Tree with this in mind we have extended our Customer Service team to enable us to answer more calls and queries with a new addition, you will be hearing and seeing our new member of the Winnie Tree Team “Amy” who will be on hand to assist you with anything you might need. PayProp Tenant Portal…
Tenants now have access to the PayProp Tenant Portal, putting all your property payment details at their fingertips and removing the need for you to wait for answers for such queries from your Property Manager.
From the Portal, tenants can access:
- All financial information about their tenancy – on any device, at any time
- Any outstanding amounts due
- A complete archive of all payments made
- Every invoice ever sent through PayProp
- Instructions on how to pay their rent
How can you access the portal?
Tenants can easily locate the Tenant Portal by clicking on the link in their latest payment reminder and registering – you don’t have to lift a finger.
