Times are changing…

Its been a very uncertain time for most of our tenants over the last few months but with the easing of restrictions we are slowly getting back to the new ‘normal’. We hope you have noticed we are trying to get our services operating as normal but from August 2020 we hopefully will resume all normal services.

 

OFFICE OPENING HOURS

When visiting our office please ensure you follow the 1 customer in-store only policy this is for you and our team’s protection, our opening hours are:

Monday           09:00 – 17:00
Tuesday          09:00 – 17:00
Wednesday     09:00 – 19:00
Thursday         09:00 – 17:00
Friday              09:00 – 17:00
Saturday          09:00 – 13:00
Sunday            CLOSED

 

PROPERTY CONDITION REPORTS 

From August 2020, we will be resuming Property Condition Reports, these will be conducted by our staff wearing full PPE, if your PCR is due a member of our team will be contacting you to arrange a suitable date and will brief you on our policy while our staff are within your property.

We have amended our phone lines to make it easier for you to speak to your Property Manager; please ensure when you call us on: 01253 304309 you press option 1 and then choose from one of the following options on your tenant menu; 

1 – Speak to your Property Manager 
2 – Make a rent payment over the phone
3 – Report a Maintenance Issue
