Business Operation Update – COVID Lockdown 

Due to the latest announcement we as a company have decided to make some changes to the way we operate to protect our customers and our team.


Our Office  

Our Office will be closed unless we have a prior arranged appointment, but a member of our team will on-site between 10am and 2pm Monday to Friday to ensure those that need to top-up their electric can do so, the rest of team will continue to work from home and can be contacted by the usual methods.

Open 10am till 2pm – Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday. 



We understand many of customers still wish to continue to move however, we will not be conducting face-to-face viewings in the first instance, we require you to complete a Virtual Viewing if after this viewing you are interested in the property we will then ask you to complete an online application form along with proof of funds to move. After this as long as all application requirements are met we will offer you a face-to-face viewing at the property with a member of our team. 



All but essential maintenance will be on hold due to government guidelines,  please continue to report your maintenance issues as you normally would, all emergency maintenance will be dealt with in the same way, other works will be scheduled to be completed as soon as possible. 



We are happy to complete valuations at the property while the social distancing guidelines are in place, alternatively we can offer a key collection and drop-off service to allow us to complete the valuation. We do also offer Desktop Valuation and Video Call discussion.
