Over the last 3 months, Winnie Tree Properties have always made our best efforts to ensure our tenants don’t experience any changes to our services, since the 1st June 2020 we have been back open and have made changes to our opening times to make sure we are more contactable than ever. Our office is now open; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 9am till 5pm, Wednesday 9am till 7pm and Saturday 9am till 1pm.

Yes, we are… we think choosing your next home is one of the most important decisions you’ll make, we believe you need to look around the property in person and see what feeling you get. We are operating viewings with social distancing in place, one of our agents will meet you at the property that you wish to view with full PPE, they will open the property, allow you entry while they wait outside, we ask that viewers try to limit touching door handles and surfaces while inside the property.
Once viewed our application process can all be done online via our website, although our offices are open if you wish to visit us, when visiting our offices we are currently running a one customer only in store so we suggest making an appointment by calling us. It’s an extremely difficult time for some Landlords and Tenants, Winnie Tree have devised a strategy to ensure Landlords and Tenants get the peace of mind they need during these unprecedented times. Throughout the COVID pandemic, Winnie Tree Properties have still managed to ensure the onward move of our tenants supporting a massive 40 tenants move over the last 3 months, we’ve had to make amendments to the way we do business but we’ve had to ensure we continue to do business for our tenants and landlords.
